How much does Flatshare charge residents?

Searching and scheduling visits on flatshare up to a limit is completely free. Flatshare may charge residents fees for the use of the Flatshare Platform. Any applicable fees are disclosed to residents before making a booking.

Our premium membership unlocks 25-50 Visits for residents, which can be bought for 2, 4, and 8 weeks for which residents are charged Rs 499, Rs 799 & Rs 1499.

How much does Flatshare charge flat owners?

Listing your flat on Flatshare is completely free. We have a premium membership for flat owners' which gives flat owners' more visibility & visits which can be bought for 15, 30, and 60 days for which flat owners' are charged Rs 999, Rs 1499 & Rs 2999. To help Flatshare run smoothly and cover the cost of services like flat & resident verification, we charge a small service fee when a booking is confirmed.

Flatshare charges a flat service fee of Rs 2999 for flats with a monthly rent of less than Rs 25000 and 1% of the annual rent for monthly rent of more than Rs 25000 at the time of booking.
